Delaware Real Estate This Week: Oct 1-7

Sorry that I didn't get this posted on Saturday. They were updating the MLS Web site and Toby felt it was "more important" to show a couple of houses, instead of getting this to you. So blame him.

The Delaware market is starting to pick-up, but I continue to believe that we are seeing the results (at least on the sold end) from those couple of weeks where the media and such scared all the prospective buyers back into a cave.
